We understand the importance of safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, and HSG is committed to keeping everyone healthy while you ride with us.

  • Drivers sanitize buses throughout the day, or after every run, when possible.
  • Employees must to be symptom-free to drive their shift, and are required to stay home & be tested if showing any symptoms.
  • You may request the driver not touch your luggage at any time. Please allow the driver to load/unload all additional passengers’ luggage first, should you make this request.
  • Masks are required, covering nose and mouth, to board our buses – there are no exceptions. To help ensure this is also enforced, there is absolutely no food or drinks allowed on shuttles at any time.
  • Note that, due to the nature of our operation, social distancing may not be possible while on board. When possible, separate yourself from others that are on the bus with you.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death. You assume all risks by riding with Direct Transportation, LLC.
